    I accidentally ordered food here when meaning to order from another local Chinese on UberEats.Reading other reviews I was slightly concerned, but I've since become a regular and would absolutely recommend.Food tastes good, is delivered hot, and pricing is competitive.

    OMG - What a disappointment. Went here for a change as I was passing so thought id give it a try rather than go to my usual take away. Wish I hadn’t. Its grim inside. Everything about it said that it was struggling with people who don't care much running it. I ordered spicy salt and pepper king prawns. No taste at all, although it was a good sized portion. Rice, well what can you say, other than it was cold. Chicken and cashew in yellow bean. Plenty of it, but again it had no taste at all. I ended up wasting over £, of which / of the food went in the bin. Go somewhere else, this place doesn't;t deserve anyones money.

    Do not use. I ordered through Uber eats, I made a reorder and there was a mistake with the app, so I ended up paying twice, getting twice delivered. I contacted Uber eats who were unhelpful. I contacted Jade house who were aware that there was a mistake on Uber eats. I am now out of pocket with food I didn’t order. I understand that it’s not jade house fault, but what I am disgusted with is the customer service I have received from them. They put the phone down on me times when I contacted them about it. When I finally did get a call back, all they did was apologise but not one offer of good will knowing I am now £ out of pocket.even a £ or something would of been what any decent business would of done. As a business you should know better. Won’t be using you again, poor poor customer service. Shame on you

    Normally always order our Chinese from here, however, our recent order was disappointing.Sweet sour chicken soggy and mushy, spring rolls were soggy, rice was clumpy, noodles were bland and tasted strange.Me and my partner both woken feeling unwell.Will be avoiding this place going forward.
